By creating an account, accessing, or using Content Engine (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Accounts are for individual use only unless you have a team or enterprise subscription. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited and may result in account termination.
We offer various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. Current plans, pricing, and features are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person or organization.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Content generated through our Service is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose. The Service should not be used to generate content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without appropriate expert review.
You are solely responsible for all content generated through your account, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or contain false or misleading information. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your use or publication of generated content.
The Service, including its software, design, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by slashdev.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you upload or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content generated through the Service. However, similar content may be generated for other users, and we retain rights to use aggregated, anonymized data for improving the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize us to access and interact with those services on your behalf according to the permissions you grant.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that negatively affect you.
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of prepaid fees.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay fees, or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data after 30 days. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@slashdev.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 60 days.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in Florida, USA. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access. Small claims court actions are also permitted where applicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and slashdev.io regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
